The beach area includes over 300 feet of pristine beachfront with a gulf side lawn and seasonal beach service. The 1 bedroom unit with a loft is 1180 sq. ft. has just been newly renovated and with a private balcony to enjoy the breathtaking views of the crystal white sand and gorgeous emerald green waters. The main floor master bedroom contains a king size bed and there are 2 bunk beds in the hallway. The upstairs loft features one king size bed and a trundle bed in a separate bedroom. The unit has updated furnishings, 2 full bathrooms and one half bath, and a fully equipped kitchen to meet your cooking needs. This is a non-smoking condo.
